Return Process

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
